Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required for any kind of return.
Customers may return unopened item(s) within two weeks from the day it’s received, for a refund or exchange.
The customer is liable for return shipping.
If the customer receives defective or incorrect item(s), he must inform Ayuni customer service within 24-hrs,
and arrangements will be made accordingly.
A refund will be initiated within 7 days after the product is received (with RAN), in the same form of payment,
chosen at the time of purchase.
To return an item(s), simply login to your account, fill out the return form and you will be notified via e-mail about
the return details, or call Anyuni Customer Service: 438- 924-4100.
Do not ship items without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Ayuni; item(s) shipped without
a RAN will not be processed for exchange or refund.
